REPLACEMENT RINGS
We offer replacement and exchange services to obligated engineers who attended a Camp 20 ceremony, no matter where you live today. We also provide replacement and exchange services for those who are resident in Newfoundland and Labrador and attended another camp's ceremony. Please note that requests that do not conform to these criteria will be rejected.
The charge for a replacement ring is $25 Canadian. We accept Interac e-Transfer, and payment may also be made via PayPal for rings shipped to an address outside Canada.
If your existing ring is in good condition, you may also exchange your ring for one of a different size. There is no charge for this service, but you will need to mail your ring to us before we ship an exchange back to you. Please note that the condition of your ring will be confirmed by us, and if it is not suitable for return to stock, our standard $25 replacement charge will apply for your new ring.
Please ensure you have all of the required information below before placing your order:
YOUR RING SIZE. Rings are available in 1/2 size increments. Please verify your ring size by visiting a local jeweler before you place your order.
YOUR OBLIGATION INFORMATION. We need to know the year you received your ring and the Camp you attended. Please provide your obligation number (the serial number on your certificate) to simplify this process. If you did not attend Camp 20, we may need some extra time to confirm your attendance at an obligation ceremony.
You will be transferred to jotform.com to complete your order. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and a Camp 20 representative will follow up with you in a few days. Please be patient, as this service is provided by volunteers.
