Camp 20 receives information from candidates and guests attending the ceremony. The Camp maintains information only for its operations and only for as long as necessary.

Camp 20 receives information from candidates in order to communicate with them and to confirm their eligibility to attend the ceremony. This information is destroyed after the candidate attends the ceremony, and only the candidate's name, obligation number, and year of attendance are retained in the Camp's and Corporation's records to confirm attendance at the ceremony.

Camp 20 receives information from guests in order to communicate with them and for admission to the ceremony. This information is destroyed after the ceremony is held.

Camp 20 receives information from candidates who request replacement rings in order to communicate with them and to confirm attendance at a previous ceremony. This information is destroyed after applicable financial records have been finalized.

Camp 20 may share information with other Camps to confirm attendance at a Camp 20 ceremony prior to processing a ring replacement request.

Camp 20 does not share personal information with other third parties.Â
