Previously obligated engineers are welcome to attend Camp 20's ceremonies as guests, subject to available space.
By submitting an application, you agree that Camp 20 may collect and retain information necessary to administer your application. Further details regarding the Camp's privacy policy are available on the "About Us" section on this site.
You also confirm you are an obligated engineer, and understand that Camp 20 may confirm your attendance at a previous obligation ceremony where you received an iron ring as a condition of admission to this year's ceremony.
The number of guest tickets for the event may be limited by the venue seating capacity.
A registration link will be provided to candidates for guests prior to the ceremony. Guest tickets are available for friends and family of candidates.

We request that guests not bring children younger than 12 years old to the event to avoid interfering with the solemn nature of the event.

Guest presenters must be approved by Camp 20 in advance, and must meet the following criteria:
they must be obligated engineers and must be wearing their ring,
they must have been granted their ring at an obligation ceremony at least four years before the ceremony they are registering as a guest ring presenter, and
they must have a close personal relationship with the candidate. This means they are related to the candidate. Work colleagues, professors, project leaders/supervisors, and classmates are not suitable as guest ring presenters.
